Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day service. A flat rate applies to orders under $300. Orders of $300 or more (before taxes) ship free. Delivery times are based on FedEx 2-Day transit and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist with claim documentation if needed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
